International orders

Customs procedures can extend delivery time. Depending on the destination, customs duties or import taxes may apply. For destination details before ordering, write to contact@haksam.com.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of withdrawal. Use the withdrawal form or email us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility for a change-of-mind return.

A problem with your bag?

Contact us with your order number and photographs. A fault claim is distinct from a change-of-mind return. Your statutory guarantees remain applicable.
