How does the insulated compartment work?
The compartment is built into the lining and separated from the rest of the bag. Use a suitable, securely closed food container. Thermal performance depends on the starting temperature, outside temperature, journey and openings; no fixed storage duration is guaranteed.
Will my laptop fit?
L’Élégant is listed for a slim laptop up to 14 inches, or a 13-inch laptop. Le Signature is designed for a tablet. Compare your device’s width, height and thickness, including its sleeve, with the compartment dimensions. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
What if I'm not convinced?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Send the bag back unused in its original packaging and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving it.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is prepared and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery takes 8 business days from dispatch. Your tracking number is sent by email. Shipping is free.
What exactly is the free city bag?
An Émilie bag from our summer collection, in woven linen and leather, worth €79. It is added to your cart automatically with your HAKSAM bag, and you choose its colour when you order. It is not sold separately.
How do I care for the leather?
A soft, dry cloth for dust, a colourless cream twice a year, and avoid prolonged exposure to water and sun. Grained calfskin hides the small marks of daily life and develops a patina over time.
